A smooth process
We like to start the conversation about your headshot session by talking about where the photos will be used and what they are for. A headshot for an attorney will be totally different than a headshot for an artist or life coach. Michele will help you choose the right clothing to wear and ask about background colors you prefer or choose them based on your outfit choices. During the session you will be coached into several different poses and angles. Michele will keep shooting photos until both you and she are confident that we've got enough great photos to work with. You will receive an online gallery email within 5 days after the session (sometimes sooner) with instructions on choosing your final images.
We understand that having your photo taken isn't everyone's cup of tea so we try to make the process as stress free, easy and comfortable as possible. The goal is to create images that represent you as your natural self but at your most photogenic. We also love working with clients on creating images that showcase their brand and capture what they love to do. We can do something simple or get more creative.

3. Booking Agreement & Deposit
To officially reserve your date on my calendar, I use a streamlined digital booking system. You will receive a link to your client portal where you can review and sign your professional photography agreement and pay your retainer deposit. This ensures your session is locked in and my time is dedicated to you.
4. Tailored Outfit Advice
What you wear is a key part of your brand story. Once booked, I can provide guidance on colors and textures that photograph beautifully. I also choose studio backdrops based on the colors you plan to wear. I’m here to help you curate a wardrobe that feels like you at your very best.
5. Professional Posing & Guidance
If you feel "awkward" in front of the camera, don't worry—most people do! My job is to take that weight off your shoulders. Throughout the session, I provide expert posing direction. 6. Online Gallery & Delivery
The magic happens in the editing suite, where I polish your images to professional standards. Within the agreed-upon timeframe, you will receive an email with a link to your private online gallery.
