Did you know that I am a Myrtle Beach area Real Estate Photographer too?
When I moved to the Grand Strand in March 2017, one goal I had was to get into shooting real estate more. In West Virginia, there was not much of a market for real estate photography. I did, however, occasionally photograph hotels and businesses, so I did get some experience. Over the past few years I have gained more experience in the real estate photography genre by shooting listing photos for many Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet area real estate agents, as well as private owners who rent their vacation homes on VRBO, Air BnB, Homeway, etc.
I've added wide angle lenses and other equipment to my gear bag just for real estate shooting and continually strive to improve my work. Since I have never actually blogged any of my real estate work, I thought I would share what a full home shoot looks like.
Here is a recent shoot I did in Conway, South Carolina for a real estate agent. This 3000+ square foot home was a delight to photograph. From the beautiful property and Mother in Law home in the backyard, to the gorgeous decorating and color scheme in the dining room and living area, it was eye candy all over the place. This shoot took place in the evening, closer to sunset. I typically like to shoot properties in the mornings or early afternoons but sunset is also very nice.
I hope you enjoy these images and if you or anyone you know needs a property photographed professionally, check out more of my Myrtle Beach area Real Estate Photography here: https://www.mcolemanphotography.com/real-estate
